Acrisure Mortgage, DRB Group Launch Joint Mortgage Venture
The two companies have formed DRB Mortgage to provide dedicated home financing services within DRB Group residential communities.
Acrisure Mortgage and DRB Group announced Wednesday the creation of DRB Mortgage, a joint venture aimed at delivering in-house home financing options directly to buyers in DRB Group's residential communities, according to a statement released from Orlando, Florida.
Acrisure Mortgage, ranked among the nation's top 25 residential mortgage lenders, brings established lending infrastructure to the partnership, while DRB Group contributes its homebuilding footprint and existing buyer relationships. The arrangement is designed to streamline the financing process for prospective homeowners purchasing within DRB Group developments.

Joint ventures between homebuilders and mortgage companies have grown increasingly common as builders seek to offer buyers a more integrated purchasing experience, often reducing friction between the construction contract and loan closing stages. Such arrangements can also provide builders with greater visibility into buyer financing timelines.
No financial terms of the joint venture were disclosed in the announcement. The venture was announced September 29, 2026, with operations expected to serve DRB Group communities going forward.
