Ironlight Markets Partners With FundBridge on Tokenized Treasury Fund
Ironlight Markets has struck a deal with FundBridge Capital to distribute a tokenized ultra short Treasury fund via blockchain-based securities.
Ironlight Markets, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer specializing in tokenized securities, announced an agreement with Singapore-based FundBridge Capital Pte. Ltd. to distribute the Delta Wellington Ultra Short Treasury On-Chain Fund, according to a statement released from Austin, Texas on Oct. 13, 2026.
The arrangement gives Ironlight Markets a distribution and private placement role for the fund, which is structured as a tokenized security designed to provide investors exposure to ultra short-duration U.S. Treasury instruments through an on-chain format. The deal represents a convergence of traditional fixed-income investment vehicles with blockchain-native distribution infrastructure.

Ironlight Markets operates as a FINRA-member broker-dealer, positioning it to serve as a compliant conduit between institutional-grade fund products and investors seeking tokenized alternatives to conventional money-market or Treasury instruments. The firm's involvement signals continued institutional interest in regulated, on-chain representations of low-risk government debt products.
The partnership arrives as demand for tokenized real-world assets — particularly short-duration government securities — has grown among both institutional and qualified investors looking for yield with regulatory clarity. Ultra short Treasury strategies are broadly regarded as among the most conservative fixed-income options, making them a natural candidate for early-stage tokenization efforts seeking broad adoption.
